While the biopic Monsieur Aznavour was released in cinemas at the end of October, fans of the singer can rent Charles Aznavour’s house on Airbnb or Booking. Everything here evokes memories of Aznavour, from the thousand-year-old olive tree surrounded by soil brought from Armenia to the gypsy caravan donated by the Gipsy Kings. Charles Aznavour was proud to show his friends the thousand-year-old olive tree enthroned in the middle of his beloved Provençal estate. No fewer than 600 olive trees have been planted alongside the millennium olive tree. Olive oil bearing the name Aigo Claro is produced here, evoking the initials of Charles Aznavour. The interpreter of “For me formidable” used to watch his concerts in the red-seated cinema still present in the house. He also built an indoor swimming pool to relax in between concerts.
