Compass reinvents its vision of corporate catering

Table service, room service, brunch, QR codes for ordering… France’s number-three player in the sector is revolutionizing its offering and completing its takeover of Dupont Restauration. The aim is to become market leader by 2030.

Cream of parsnip soup for starters. Crispy chicken, cream of pea soup, roasted cauliflower and coleslaw to continue. Panna cotta with exotic fruit coulis to finish on a sweet note. This menu, worthy of a good brasserie, was concocted by the teams at Compass France, the number three contract caterer in France, Sodexo and Elior. Priced at 8 euros per person, last week it was on the menu of theAltarearue de Richelieu, Paris.

Here, at the head office of the French leader in urban transformation, a QR Code allows you to place an order using your cell phone. But guests are served directly at the table. A luxury in the world of institutional catering, which also appealed to BPCE and Sanofi, two other customers of Exalt, Compass France’s lifestyle brand.
